Meditation ● Spirit ● Transformation


Meditation, mindfulness practice, and healing practices such as Mantra, Centering Prayer and Qi Gong, are taught by various instructors at different times. To firmly establish a meditation practice, Kat recommends individualized instruction, tailoring a practice to an individual's life circumstances and interests. She is available to teach mindfulness in the vipassana tradition, and meditation in the yoga tradition, as well as being adept at tailoring unique visualization, mantra or prayer practices to the indivdual.

As we expand our understanding of the great importance and impact that the inner, reflective practices have on the health of our physical, mental and emotional bodies, it is our hope to eventually offer a weekly meditation.
