Meditation ● Spirit ● Transformation

A part of Kat's practice is devoted to meditation or mindfulness, and she loves sharing the great wealth of knowledge and healing she's received over the years.  For many, delving into the inner realms, whether through depth psychotherapy, prayer, meditation, 12 Steps, or using other means, is a new journey, full of unexpected turns.  To firmly establish a meditation or spiritual practice, Kat recommends individualized instruction, tailoring a practice to an individual's life circumstances and interests. She is available to teach mindfulness in the vipassana tradition, meditation in the yoga tradition (utilizing breath and mantra), as well as being adept at tailoring unique visualization, mantra or ritual or prayer practices to the individual.

As we expand our understanding of the great importance and impact that the inner, reflective practices have on the health of our physical, mental and emotional selves, we are also coming to see how these practices have true practical benefits in relationships of all kinds, as we become less defensive, less judgmental, more curious, lighter, easier to be with, better able to self-soothe, and much, much calmer.

Learn to be reflective or meditate in a way that feels right for you and your life.  You can gains some simple ideas and great tools by working one on one with Kat.
